CMM Automotive removed the excess engine oil from the Toyota LandCruiser.

We then checked the oil level again to ensure the engine contained the appropriate amount.

Removing the excess oil addressed the immediate cause of the problem and allowed us to assess the vehicle after correcting the oil level.

What Should You Do if You Overfill Your Engine Oil?

If you realise that you’ve added slightly too much oil, check the dipstick and determine how far the level sits above the maximum mark.
