We continued the used vehicle inspection by checking the chassis and body. We found a minor chip in one headlight protector. The body panels and bullbar had several minor scratches. We also found the key would not lock or unlock the doors correctly. In addition, the key was loose and could fall out of the ignition barrel.
Road Test
We completed the Mobile Pre Purchase Vehicle Inspection Morley with a road test. Due to the raised suspension and oversized tyres, the vehicle felt unstable during normal driving. The rear of the Patrol wandered on the road, reducing driver confidence. We also heard knocking and banging noises from the rear of the vehicle.
